Picture a Story is our inaugural festival with Half Moon Theatre in east London. It both celebrates and explores the imaginative and diverse world of visual storytelling. Events include a three-month exhibition of published illustrators’ work, a theatre day on Saturday 9th December, a week-long schools’ programme, and an industry panel discussion.

Children’s Laureate Joseph Coelho is one of four authors on the bill at our World Book Day Festival 2024. It’s the second year running we’ve teamed up with Hillingdon Libraries to celebrate with a programme of in-person and virtual events. Authors Jeffrey Boakye, Ally Sherrick and Margaret Bateson-Hill complete the line-up. The festival takes place from 20th – 23rd February 2024. If you’re a primary or secondary school within Hillingdon Borough and you’d like to join in, please contact your local Hillingdon Library.
